Property prices are slightly lower than prices in Jabi although much depends on the quality, type and service arrangements of a property.

State to state transporters like Chisco Motors, God is Good Motors and ABC Transport have terminals in Utako mostly around the market.
From these bus terminals traders and other travelers board air conditioned buses to several other cities everyday.
Leisure & Recreation
Consistent with Abuja city's entertainment culture Utako features one of the biggest beer gardens, Eden Garden.

Here, entertainers display talent on Friday evenings hoping to be scouted by producers as they aspire to fame and fortune.
​
There are decent median and budget hotels in Utako. Many of these have good indoor and outdoor bars with sitting areas for relaxation.
With nearby access to leisure in Wuse 2, Wuse Zones and Jabi, Utako punches above its weight when it comes to entertainment.
